Our Classes

Put yourself in motion toward the best transformation of your life in our classes! Intelligently designed and compassionately coached, all of our training programs are designed to produce two things: tons of fun and great results. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or just to look better naked, we’ve got the classes to make it happen.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Barbell Club

    Our Barbell Club follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for CrossFit or competition. Barbell Club focuses on Olympic lifts, snatch, and clean & jerk while working in valuable mobility and flexibility. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue lifting as a sport, this barbell class is for you. (CrossFit First Law location only)

  • Boot Camp

    Our CrossFit Bootcamp is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster. Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes. Instead we focus on athletic drills, running and rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements and more. And of course, we always scale your individual workout to your needs for a perfect fit.

  • CrossFit Kids

    Who says adults get to have all the fun? CrossFit Kids teaches young people the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity in working out. Establishing good movements and fitness through adolescence is our goal. CrossFit Kids provides little athletes with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries. Also, scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So your child will do better on the field and in the classroom. (TRINIUM LOCATION ONLY)

  • Personal Training

    The ultimate results getter! One hour of one-on-one training written just for you and your goals. With personalized attention, you and your trainer are able to work more closely on your goals such as weight loss, strength gain, mobility/flexibility, rehab, sport performance, or any other goals you may have! Small group personal training is also available upon request.

  • Athlete/Competitors Training

    Getting ready for an upcoming competition? Want to reach your maximum performance? Then our Athlete/Competitors Training is for you. We combine expert coaching, challenging programing, video reviews, and individualized programming (as needed) to help you bring home the gold.

  • Trinium Teens Competitors Program

    Teens’ growing bodies have nearly limitless potential with the right mix of coaching and determination. Our Teens Competitors Program preps younger athletes for upcoming competitions and a lifetime of success in any sport including CrossFit. (CrossFit Trinium location only)
