First Rule of Barbell Club Everybody Talks About Barbell Club

At the Barbell Club we will focus on making you move better using the barbell. We will prepare you and make you proficient in the Snatch and Clean and Jerk among many other movements. By the end of our foundations program, you will be able to be a competitive weightlifter or powerlifter.
